Refund & Exchange Policy:

1. No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and delivered, it is considered final and non-refundable.
  • However, we do provide exchange or replacement in case of valid issues as mentioned below.

2. Eligibility for Exchange or Replacement

We accept exchange or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  1. The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  2. The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  3. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  4. Proper unboxing video proof may be required for verification.
  5. Requests that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Steps to Request Exchange/Replacement

  1. Contact us at beingboysofficial@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order details, clear photos/videos, and reason for exchange.
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 48 hours.
  4. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Exchange/Replacement Approval

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the exchange or send a replacement.
  • If the same product is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product of equal value may be offered.
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for exchange or replacement:

  1. Products damaged due to misuse or after use
  2. Items returned without original packaging
  3. Requests raised after 3 days of delivery
  4. Gift cards, coupons, and special sale items

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by us.
  • If the exchange is requested for any other valid reason approved by our team, customers may be required to bear shipping costs.
